We had company from Minnesota and this is a restaurant we have come to love. The food was excellent and the young waiter we had was a delight. He loves working at Pelican's and knew a lot about how the food is made. He really had lots of enthusiasm about the restaurant and gave excellent service even though they were extremely busy on a Fri. night. Our guests thought it was a delicious meal and boy you get enough to have a second meal. We will be back with more visitors as well as ourselves every chance we get. Thank you for a delightful meal.

One of the best dining experiences in NM after 12 yrs. The lobster perfect, steak done just right. The most amazing was our waitress, Samantha cheery, personable, cared for our every need, going out of the way to stuff olives, make salad perfect. She made the evening perfect.
